No doubt you’ve heard about diversity and equity initiatives, but have you considered how the inclusion of diverse perspectives may be the key to unlocking innovation at your company?

At this Lunch & Learn event you’ll eat great food, network with your peers, and learn from the best. Dr. Liddy Hope is an assistant professor of human services at Elgin Community College, therapist, and “professional trouble maker”. With over 25 years of clinical and teaching experience, 10 years of administration experience, and having grown up in a family business, Dr. Hope is known for her practical, down-to-earth approach when discussing layered social issues like equity, diversity, and inclusion. Dr. Hope is a strong advocate for the idea that we’re all at our best when all of the voices and perspectives are heard.
