December 2024 Book Displays

December has arrived—bringing finals, graduation, holidays, and seasonal festivities. Are you prepared with your reading and viewing materials for the holiday season? Visit the library to find everything you'll need for those cozy winter days. We also offer access to fantastic online resources for eBooks and eAudiobooks, including children’s books, fiction, nonfiction, comics, and manga through our Boundless and Libby apps. 1st floor: Rosa Parks Day is observed on December 1st. We honor African American women by showcasing displays highlighting their lives and experiences. On the first floor, the octagon features a compelling display celebrating Universal Human Rights Month, offering thought-provoking works to wrap up your year. Additionally, you'll find a fun and inspiring display titled All I Want for Winter Break, filled with a variety of items. Near the circulation desk, discover books accompanied by humorous memes related to their stories. If you're procrastinating, don’t miss the display by the computer lab, offering books (or not!) on the topic.
