"Evita" is a powerful musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice that tells the story of Eva Perón, the ambitious and charismatic wife of Argentine president Juan Perón. Rising from humble beginnings, Eva becomes a beloved and controversial public figure, using her influence to champion the working class. Featuring iconic songs like “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina,” the musical explores themes of power, fame, and the complexities of public adoration.
