The Elgin Master Chorale launches its 80th season with a collaboration alongside the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra, bringing to life medieval poems exploring fate, fortune, love, and the fleeting nature of life. From the thunderous “O Fortuna” to its more playful moments, “Carmina Burana” is a visceral experience showcasing the power of voices and orchestra and celebrating the collaborative spirit at the heart of our community.
