Transcript Evaluation Request Form

Welcome to ECC! If you want to transfer college credit to ECC, please ensure you have applied for admission before submitting this request. Please remember that it is the student’s responsibility to request official transcripts for all colleges, universities, or the military and contact records at records@elgin.edu or 847-214-7386 to confirm all transcripts have been received before requesting the evaluation.

• Associate Degree - Obtain immediate employment or transfer to a four-year university to pursue a bachelor’s degree.
• Vocational Specialist Certificate - Obtain additional skills that may lead to better pay and advancement opportunities. A vocational specialist certificate can be earned within 30-59 credit hours.
• Basic Vocational Specialist Certificate - Obtain basic skills and enter the workforce. A basic vocational specialist certificate can be earned within 1-29 credit hours.
