Address the Board

Individuals or groups wishing to speak must complete a "request to speak" card available from the board secretary's assistant. Comments should be in good taste and demonstrate consideration for others. Comments regarding specific individuals are inappropriate.

Speakers

Each speaker is allotted no more than three minutes. Speakers wishing to provide documents to the board should submit 10 copies to the board secretary.
