The president is the college's chief executive officer, reporting to the ECC Board of Trustees. The president guides internal operations that ensure student success and meet the community's current and emerging needs.

The Vice President’s Office serves as the college’s chief academic leadership center, guiding all instructional divisions, learning resources, and student services with a focus on student success. It provides strategic oversight of educational programs and support services to ensure high-quality, equitable learning experiences. Through coordinated efforts across academic and student-facing areas, the office fosters an environment that helps students progress confidently toward their educational and career goals.

This office is the cornerstone of financial leadership and business support services for staff, faculty, and students. It plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of financial resources, overseeing budgetary allocations, and providing strategic guidance on fiscal matters to various stakeholders within the college community.

This office assumes responsibility for providing and maintaining cutting-edge information technology services, fostering a technologically enabled environment. Working with college administrators, faculty, and staff, the area supports and guides management’s strategic planning activities, institutional research, and IT services throughout the campus.

This office plays a vital role in strengthening the college's relationships with the community and government entities. The Chief Community and Government Relations Officer coordinates advocacy efforts, fosters partnerships, and enhances the college's impact through strategic outreach and engagement initiatives.

The Chief Human Resources Officer plays a key role in creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This role leads efforts to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and talented workforce while managing recruitment, employee development, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. By aligning HR strategies with the college’s mission and values, the Chief Human Resources Officer supports a strong, engaged community that benefits both employees and students.

The Chief Marketing and Communications Officer leads the college’s marketing strategy and oversees all communications efforts to strengthen the institution’s brand and visibility. This role manages high-impact marketing campaigns, digital strategy that promotes enrollment, highlights student success, and supports institutional priorities.

The Chief Institutional Success and Engagement Officer guides the development of equity-focused strategies that support ECC’s strategic plan and institutional priorities. The role advances the college’s commitment to access, student success, and inclusive engagement by collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Through this coordinated leadership, the position helps strengthen equity, improve outcomes, and foster a more connected campus community.

The Executive Director of Institutional Advancement & ECC Foundation leads the college’s nonprofit foundation, guiding fundraising, donor relations, and resource development. Working closely with college partners, the office builds strategic relationships that support student success and institutional growth.

The Chief of Police at ECC is the law enforcement agency responsible for the safety and security of the college community. Comprising trained professionals, we work to minimize crime opportunities and encourage both students and employees to prioritize their safety and that of others.

The General Counsel of ECC works under the direction of the college president and serves as a liaison with external counsel. This role promotes a culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability, while safeguarding the college's interests and upholding its reputation.

Under the direction of the president, this office is responsible for the operational needs of both the president and the ECC Board of Trustees, is the local election official, and acts as the chief liaison between the president and the public, employees, students, ECC Board of Trustees, ECC Foundation directors, and public officials.
