Report student code of conduct violations, such as behavioral issues or classroom disruption.

Conduct Violation

Students are expected to engage in the practice of integrity, responsibility, and respect. The College must respond when students behave at odds with these values.

The ECC Student Code of Conduct details prohibited behaviors and activities that may require intervention or action by the College. Faculty, staff, administrators, or students may report a student who violates the Code of Conduct using this form.

Do not use this form if the situation is an emergency (if a student may be an imminent danger to themselves or others). Instead, contact ECC Police by dialing *7777 from any campus phone or 911.
