The president is the college's chief executive officer, reporting to the ECC Board of Trustees. The president guides internal operations that ensure student success and meet the current and emerging needs of the community.

This office fosters student success by coordinating the college's diverse academic programs and services. Led by the vice president, this dedicated team oversees every aspect of instructional divisions, learning resources, and student services, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the college's overarching mission and objectives.

This office is the cornerstone of financial leadership and business support services for staff, faculty, and students. It plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of financial resources, overseeing budgetary allocations, and providing strategic guidance on fiscal matters to various stakeholders within the college community.

This office assumes responsibility for providing and maintaining cutting-edge information technology services, fostering a technologically enabled environment. Working with college administrators, faculty, and staff, the area supports and guides management’s strategic planning activities, institutional research, and IT services throughout the campus.

This department actively seeks, retains, and nurtures a diverse workforce aligned with the college's mission, facilitating the organization's growth and adaptation to evolving circumstances.

This office enhances the college's visibility, reputation, and impact both locally, in Springfield, and beyond. It is responsible for coordinating all aspects of college marketing and communication, including media relations, social media engagement, crisis communication, publication management, community involvement, digital marketing strategies, branding, advertising campaigns, website administration, and print services.

Guided by the president's leadership, this office works closely with students, faculty, and staff to promote policies and practices emphasizing the significance and benefits of fostering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive college environment.

Collaboratively with the college, this office cultivates strategic partnerships through academic and advancement programs, aiming to identify avenues for shared success. This office directs grant development and resource development strategies and the college’s private, not-for-profit foundation.

This office is the law enforcement agency responsible for the safety and security of the college community. Comprising trained professionals, we work to minimize crime opportunities and encourage both students and employees to prioritize their safety and that of others.

This office operates under the direction of the college president and acts as liaison with outside counsel.

Under the direction of the president, this office is responsible for the operational needs of both the president and the ECC Board of Trustees, is the local election official, and acts as the chief liaison between the president and the public, employees, students, ECC Board of Trustees, ECC Foundation directors and public officials.
