Part-time Teaching Opportunities

ECC’s new 150,000-square-foot Manufacturing & Technology Center was designed to reflect today’s advanced manufacturing workplaces. Many of our part-time instructors remain active in the industry and choose to teach to give back, mentor the next generation, and share what they’ve learned throughout their careers.

We’re looking for industry experts with a passion for mentoring emerging manufacturing workers, the ability to turn complex technical skills into practical, hands-on learning, and strong communication skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical instruction or training, including:

  • Corporate or in-house training
  • Workforce or apprenticeship mentoring/training
  • Informal or on-the-job training in an industrial setting 
  • No prior teaching experience is required
