Career & Technical Program
ECC’s Career & Technical Program is ideal for high school students who want to earn college credit for coursework in subjects like accounting, culinary arts, fire science, and health professions—without paying tuition.
How It Works
You’ll attend regular high school classes in the morning, then come to ECC for one or two career-focused classes in the afternoon. You’ll earn both college and high school credit, and tuition is free.
Choose from 20-plus career and technical programs, ranging from emergency services to clinical lab technology to graphic design. Options vary depending on your school district.
As a career and technical program student at ECC, you can immerse yourself in campus life. Join a club write for the newspaper, or audition for a play —it’s a great way to get the full college experience.
The Career & Technical Program is open to high school students who have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.0 and attend school in one of the following districts:
- District 300
- District 301
- District 303
