Steamwood Village Hall

Located on the lower level of the Streamwood Village Hall, Elgin Community College hosts English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for students. The location has offered evening classes in this location for nearly 25 years.

To sign up for classes, follow this process

  1. Complete the inquiry online
  2. Complete intake – receive Class Card
  3. Take a pre-test in Building B at 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, Illinois
  4. Attend an orientation – receive placement
  5. Register for classes
  6. Attend class (start August - end December)
