Phi Theta Kappa Rho Kappa Chapter 50th Anniversary

On Saturday, November 3, 2018 members of the Rho Kappa chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society, their families, and friends celebrated 50 years of scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship.

From ECC President David Sam’s reading of a special proclamation from PTK headquarters, to a toast led by a three-generation PTK family, to reflections about 50 years of impact by more than 7,000 members and more, the event marked an important milestone in the history of Elgin Community College.
