Online Credit Classes

Credit online classes are courses that utilize the internet as the source of access to course content and communication for the student and faculty member.

New Student

  1. Decide if online classes suit you
  2. View class listing
  3. Apply (first-time ECC student)
  4. Register (must register by start date of the class)
  5. Attend orientation for first-time distance students
  6. Get books/course materials
  7. D2L login instructions
  8. View syllabi
  9. Student email (Access information is sent to your student email account before start of class. Contact the Distance Learning Office if email is not received by start date of class.)
  10. Oasis
  11. Tutoring (online tutoring available)

Returning Student

If you just completed an IAI general education class with a C or better, you can enroll in another similar class right away without testing. Call 847-214-7390 or visit the Counseling and Transfer Office, Building B, Room B120, ECC campus, to decide which steps to take next.
