Whether it’s a quick bite on the go or a casual sit-down with friends and co-workers, college food service is committed to providing you with tasty and nutritious foods to refuel and save time. Hot meals, conveniently packaged snacks, salads, sandwiches, desserts and more are always nearby. Linger in our beautiful new and remodeled spaces with great views of Lake Spartan. The cafeteria is a great place to hang out with friends, catch up on email, take study breaks, relax, and unwind.

ECC food service staff is certified in the ServSafe® program, a nationally recognized standard for the highest quality food service training to keep our foods safe. We actively work with the National Restaurant Association and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to provide you with:

Did you know?
Many of our staff members are enrolled in the ECC culinary arts and hospitality program to improve their understanding and competence in the food service industry. Others have been employed for over 12 years; Chef Pedro Hernandez, serving the ECC family for over 25 years.
Approximately 25 culinary arts and hospitality program majors have completed their internships in ECC's Food Service Department over the years. All of them brought along a great passion and dedication to serving and preparing nutritious and great-tasting meals.
