How It Works
- To register for a home study course, call 847-622-3036. You will be asked for your name, address, phone number and email address.
- After you have paid for the class through ECC, you will get an email from the college sent to allegra@allegralearning.com telling them you have paid for a specific course or certificate program, including the information they need to set you up to receive your course information in the mail.
- Once you are registered with ECC, you are all set to work with ALLEGRA Learning Solutions. Prices for home study courses are a different price than online courses.
- Once you receive the course(s) in the mail, please verify that you have received the correct course(s). If not, please contact ALLEGRA Learning Solutions by email immediately or return the complete package of materials with an explanation.
- Read the materials and complete the assignment as directed.
- Complete the test. You may use your textbook and any supplemental materials to assist you as you complete the test. Circle the correct response directly on the answer sheet provided. Please keep a copy for your records.
- Sign your answer sheet and return it to ALLEGRA Learning Solutions by mail at 4809 Clairemont Sq.# 319, San Diego, CA 92117-2706.
- If you have any questions, please contact ALLEGRA Learning Solutions at allegra@allegralearning.com or phone their office at 760-231-9678. An instructor will return your call as quickly as possible.
- To receive a certificate of completion, you must pass the test with a score of 80 percent and submit a course evaluation.
- A certificate of completion will be mailed to you upon receipt of a completed test and course evaluation.
- If you took a home study (print) course, you can request an additional copy of your certificate by contacting ALLEGRA Learning Solutions at allegra@allegralearning.com. Additional copies of your certificate cost $3.50.
- If you fail the test, you are allowed to take the course again for a $5 fee for home study (print) courses. You can repeat this step as many times as you need to pass the test. To retake online courses, there is no fee.
- If you notice any error on a course or test, please email allegra@allegralearning.com
- It is your responsibility to determine if the courses you have selected are acceptable for continuing education credits in your state and for your profession. Please contact your state licensing board if you have questions.
