Login Instructions
- To register, go to emergency.elgin.edu.
- Enter your academic network credentials; same user ID & password you use to log into accessECC Portal.
- Select log in and proceed with account setup instructions.
When a situation arises that requires an emergency broadcast, the college will send a text message to the cell phone number you provided.
Registration Requirements
- Your cell phone must be capable of receiving text messages
- Normal text messaging rates apply
