Login Instructions

Active Employees

  1. To log in go to: Or, go to the accessECC portal, login, and under the Self Service Employee Information menu, click W-2s.
    Note: New employees will not be able to access this service until they have received an invitation from HR to sign-up (in late December or early January prior to issuance of their first W-2).
  2. Type in your accessECC User ID and your accessECC Password.
    Note: If you have forgotten your user ID or password, click on the link I forgot my User ID and/or Password and follow on-screen instructions.

  3. Click Login
  4. If you have not already consented to electronic delivery of your W-2, a consent screen will appear. Review it and click Accept Consent, then Submit to agree to the terms and access your online W-2s.
  5. Select the tax year; that you want to view, from the drop-down on the left-hand side of the screen. Do this before selecting the 'Print My W-2' option.
  6. Select 'Print My W-2'.
  7. The password to open your W-2 pdf file is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

Terminated Employees

A paper W-2 will be sent to your address of record. No action is required on your part.

1. I’m having trouble logging in.

Answer: Double-check that you are entering your accessECC User ID and accessECC Password exactly as you do when you login to the accessECC portal. If you are still unable to login, click the link I forgot my User ID and/or Passsword and follow on-screen instructions.

New employees will receive an invitation to accept electronic delivery following the last payroll of the calendar year in which they first receive pay.

2. What happens if I give consent to receive my W-2 electronically?

Answer: You will not receive future W-2s in the mail, but will instead be able to login to this website to retrieve your W-2s as soon as they are posted (which will be earlier than you will receive it in the mail), and as often as you want. W-2s are available online for seven consecutive years, beginning with the 2004 tax year.

3. What happens if I don’t give consent to receive my W-2 electronically?

Answer: You will continue to receive your W-2 in the mail at your address of record. Employers have until January 31 to mail W-2 forms.

4. What if I change my mind and want to withdraw consent?

Answer: Login and choose Employee Consent on the left-hand side of your screen. Click Withdraw Consent at the bottom of the box that comes up and click Submit. You will need to do this by December 31 of the tax year for which you want to resume receiving paper W-2 forms. You will no longer be able to access your W-2 information on this website.

5. I am trying to open the pdf file of my W-2 and it’s asking me for a password. What do I do?

Answer: The password is the last four digits of your social security number.
