W-2 Online Login Instructions

First-Time Users

  1. You will receive your login and registration instructions from HR via email in late December or early January.  They will guide you through your one-time sign-up to view all future W-2s online.

Returning Users

  1. To log in go to: www.atsprintfreedom.com
  2. In the Access ID text box; type your Access ID (10007)
    In the Username text box; type your Username (your 7-digit ECC ID with leading zeros)
    In the Password text box; type your Password (it is at least 7 characters long and contains at least one numeric digit).
    If you have forgotten your password, click on the link “Forgot Password” at the top right-hand side of your screen and follow on-screen instructions.

  3. Click Log In
  4. If you have not already consented to electronic delivery of your W-2, a consent screen will appear.  Review it and click “Accept Consent”, then “Submit” to agree to the terms and access your online W-2s.
  5. Select the tax year that you want to view from the drop-down on the left-hand side of the screen. Do this before selecting the print or email option.
  6. Select menu option “Print my W-2” or “Email my W-2”
  7. The password to open your W-2 pdf file is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
  8. Select menu option “Update my Email” to verify or change your email address registered to the website.  Doing so helps ensure you receive important system communications, including a temporary password should you forget yours and need to reset it.
