Below you will find the paperwork you will need to complete the hiring process with Elgin Community College. These forms will be collected from you before or on your first day of employment.
Paperwork must be completed accurately to ensure timely payment of work performed. Requests for additional information, incomplete or missing information may delay processing. Please be prepared to provide documentation that establishes your employment eligibility to work in the U.S. (in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986), within three (3) business days of the date employment begins.
New Full-Time, Regular Employees
New Part-Time Employees
New student workers will need to complete all of the above forms with the exception of Statement Concerning Your Employment in a Job Not Covered by Social Security.
If you are returning after a break of more than three years, all forms must be completed again. If you are returning after a break of fewer than three years, you are encouraged to complete forms only as necessary to update your information.
