Achieving the Dream: Community Colleges Count is a multi-year national initiative to improve student success, particularly for students of color and low-income students. Through these efforts, we will create an institutional culture where data and evidence efforts to improve student outcomes. A cornerstone of the initiative is broad engagement of faculty, staff, students, and the community.
As a participating institution, ECC receives at-the-elbow support from a highly skilled and experienced coach and a data facilitator. In collaboration with these experts, ECC’s efforts will be lead by a cross-functional Core Planning and Data Team.
