PAS 180 Baking II

Prerequisite: Effective Summer 2015: Grade of C or better in PAS 101 Prerequisite through Spring 2015: Grade of C or better in PAS 104

This course is a continuation of PAS 102 with an introduction to more elaborate baking and pastry with an emphasis on perfecting the bakers' techniques and production skills. Advanced work on tarts, petits fours sec, beginning cake baking and decoration will also be covered. (1.2) Proficiency Credit Available (2 EILST) Pass/No Credit Available
