Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in RDG 091, an ACT Reading score of 18 or above or an appropriate placement score

This course is designed to the technical and aesthetics aspects of recording digital audio. Students will learn the fundamentals of acoustics as they relate to studio design and live performance. Students will learn the technical specifications of microphones and recording technology. Students will learn the basics of industry-standard recording software.
