MAS 215 Kinesiology and Applied Therapies
Credit Hours: 4
Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in MAS 130

This course addresses the basic principles of kinesiology, neuromuscular facilitation, PNF, reciprocal inhibition, trigger point therapy, the application of heat, cold, and hydrotherapy, active and passive stretching and aromatherapy. Students practice evaluating and treating using critical thinking skills based on the knowledge learned thus far. (1.2) Proficiency Credit Not Available Pass/No Credit Not Available
