Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in HOS 216 and HOS 220

This course provides the foundation in wine knowledge and offers a comprehensive history and study of winemaking regions and countries. You will compare the different region's grapes based on terrine and climate in addition to understanding wine production and reading wine labels. There will be no wine tasting in this class.
