HOS 220 Dining Room Operations

Prerequisite: HOS 215

The student in the dining room service course will participate in the operation of the student run restaurant. The "hands-on" experience will provide skill training in customer service, tableside service, and dining room organization. Personnel, marketing and merchandising of the menu will also be covered during this course while assisting with the operation of the student run restaurant.
