CUL 104 Culinary Bakeshop

Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in CUL 100 and CUL 106

This course will introduce the culinary student to the bakeshop basics. This course will introduce the culinarian to basic baking principles, pastries, breads, cakes, dessert sauces and plate presentation. (1.2) Proficiency Credit Available (2 LTISEF) Pass/No Credit Available
