Ticket Prices & Fees
Prices vary for each event. Senior and student rates apply where applicable. A $1 facility fee is added to each ticket. The facility fee defrays the costs of building security and maintenance. A $4 per order handling fee is assessed to all mail, Internet and phone orders. (The $4 fee is not charged to in-person orders.)
Refund and Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final. If you cannot use your tickets, you may donate them at the Box Office to the event’s sponsor and receive a receipt for tax deduction purposes by mail. Season ticket holders (a.k.a. Subscribers) have ticket exchange privileges. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another event up to two weeks before the show. No change or refunds are given if exchanging to a less expensive show. Subscribers pay the difference if exchanging to a more expensive show.
Group Ticket Sales
Plan your group outing at the ECC Arts Center! Discounted ticket prices are available to various events for groups of 10 or more. Dining packages with ECC’s at Culinary Arts Center are also available.
Gift Certificates
An ECC Arts Center gift certificate makes the perfect gift for any occasion! Order in any increment in person at the Arts Center Box Office.
Children at Performances
Children five and over are welcome to attend some Arts Center events. Please call 847-622-0300 for specific event information. All patrons, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket for admittance to ensure that ECC adheres to local fire code regulations.
Patrons with Special Needs
Accessible seating, parking, and restrooms are available. Please notify the Box Office at time of purchase of your special needs or seating requirements.
