Project updates for week of July 9, 2010
410 Renner
- Currently ahead of schedule, estimated turnover date of 8/9/10.
- Walls painted, ceiling grid installed, floors in corridor started.
- Rooftop air-conditioning installed under local control.
- Ceiling tile borders started, toilet fixtures installed.
New Link
- Mechanical/electrical rough-in started.
- Metal stud walls installed, drywall to begin this week.
- Curtain wall and glazing to begin next week.
466 Renner
- Wall framing nearly complete, hanging drywall next week.
- Curtain wall and window work ongoing.
- Mechanical/electrical rough-in well underway.
- Masonry 95% complete.
- Both Link and 466 are on schedule to complete in Dec. 2010.
Sitework
- Asphalt base course complete.
- All concrete curbs and sidewalks are complete.
- Landscaping starting this week.
- Surface course of asphalt and striping in two weeks.
- New sidewalk to HBT started.
