Project Update

Project updates for week of July 9, 2010

410 Renner

  • Currently ahead of schedule, estimated turnover date of 8/9/10.
  • Walls painted, ceiling grid installed, floors in corridor started.
  • Rooftop air-conditioning installed under local control.
  • Ceiling tile borders started, toilet fixtures installed.

New Link

  • Mechanical/electrical rough-in started.
  • Metal stud walls installed, drywall to begin this week.
  • Curtain wall and glazing to begin next week.

466 Renner

  • Wall framing nearly complete, hanging drywall next week.
  • Curtain wall and window work ongoing.
  • Mechanical/electrical rough-in well underway.
  • Masonry 95% complete.
  • Both Link and 466 are on schedule to complete in Dec. 2010.

Sitework

  • Asphalt base course complete.
  • All concrete curbs and sidewalks are complete.
  • Landscaping starting this week.
  • Surface course of asphalt and striping in two weeks.
  • New sidewalk to HBT started.
